Shipping Costs

Fees depend on what is in your cart. Since our goodies range from tiny tasbeehs to chunky wooden toys, shipping fees are not one-size-fits-all. Don’t stress though – the system will calculate it for you at checkout. No need to crunch numbers.

 

Payment Options

We keep it simple:

  • Instant EFT
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Apple Pay

All payments are safe and secure, you can shop with peace of mind no need to bust out your abacus.

 

Delivery Information

We deliver anywhere in South Africa, from the hustle of Jozi to the stillness of the Karoo. If your address in on the map, we’ll get your parcel there, in’sha’Allah.

Here’s how it works:

  • Dispatch time: Once your payment clears, we pack and ship within 2–3 working days
  • Delivery time:
    • Major cities: 2–5 working days
    • Rural/outlying areas: 8–14 working days (if you are out in the sticks, it might take longer blame the potholes, not us.)
  • Delivery hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm (excluding public holidays).

Use the address where you’ll actually be during those hours. Saves the courier from playing hide-and-seek. Please make sure someone’s home, or at least your neighbour who owes you a favour.

 

Collection Options

Prefer to fetch it yourself? No problem.

  • Orders are ready in 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Choose “Showroom Collection” at checkout.
  • You can also book your own courier to collect from our showroom in Lenasia South, Johannesburg – just let us know.

If you pop by, we might even offer you a cup of rooibos.

 

International Orders

For now, we only deliver within South Africa but if you’re abroad, you can:

  • Place your order online
  • Choose “Showroom Collection”
  • Arrange your own courier to collect

We’ll pack it with duas of gratitude and a little extra bubble wrap for the long journey.

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered but if something’s not right, we’ll try our best to fix it quickly, kindly and without making you fill in 17 forms.

What to do:

  • Check your order as soon as it arrives before the kids tear into it like it’s Eid morning.
  • If it’s damaged, defective or incorrect let us know within 24 hours.
  • Snap a few pics and send us a short note we will guide you from there.
  • If needed, we’ll arrange collection and process your refund.

 

What can’t be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made items including special orders
  • Clearance or reduced items as those are final sale like samoosas at iftaar, once they are gone, they are gone.

If you’re unsure, just ask we are happy to help.

 

Return basics:

  • You’ve got 7 days to request a refund.
  • Items must be unused, untampered and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required a screenshot works just fine.
  • If we can’t replace the item, we will refund you excluding courier costs.

 

How to return:

  • Drop it off at our showroom in Lenasia South (by appointment).
  • Or send it back at your own cost we will refund the item price only.

 

Community Perks

  • Madrassa or bulk discounts: We love supporting educators. Contact us for bundle pricing or custom packs we will make sure your madrassa kids are kitted out like the ansaar.
  • Special community needs: Need custom bundles for madrassas, Islamic events, or special needs learners? We will do our best to help.
  • Gifting: Sending a surprise? Enter their address at checkout and add a gift note. We’ll make sure it arrives without any of that awkward “who sent this?” confusion. Perfect for surprising Aunty Zainab or your cousin.
  • Eid orders: Place your order at least 7–10 days before Eid. Our Eid bundles sell out faster than koesusters on a Sunday morning – and you know how fast that is.

 

 Privacy Policy

We treat your personal data with the same respect we give our elders – zero funny business, care and dignity.

What we collect:

  • Your name, contact details and delivery address so we know where to send your order.
  • Payment info securely processed we do not store your card details.
  • Your order history so we can recommend the next best thing for your little one.

What we don’t do:

  • We don’t sell your info. Ever.
  • We don’t spam you – just the occasional Toy Box specials update.

 What we might send:

  • Order confirmations and tracking updates
  • Newsletters (you can unsubscribe anytime No hard feelings)
  • Special offers for our Toy Box community
